SOFT's client located in Remote is looking for a Integration and Infrastructure Engineer - IAM / CyberSecurity for a long term contract assignment.

o Responsibilities:
  • Perform or reconfigure integrations of system management tooling with target systems
  • Design system deployments to ensure system resiliency
  • Implement new role-based access models in information systems to enforce least privilege and separation of duties
  • Identify and analyze technical system deficiencies which can impact system availability or have negative network effects on other integrated systems
  • Recommend improvements for system deficiencies related to resiliency and security
  • Configure Privileged Access Management functions for managing and elevating access to information systems
  • Facilitate design and build of new environments for information systems to facilitate resiliency

o Qualifications:
ยท Must Have:
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems Analysis or a related field
  • Seeking complementary skill sets from the two candidates, one with a Windows focus and one with a Linux focus:
    • 7+ years of systems administration and integration experience
    • 7+ years of scripting experience in PowerShell, if Windows focused
    • 7+ years of scripting experience in Python and/or Bash, if Linux focused
  • In-depth understanding of systems communication protocols and the OSI model
  • Detailed understanding of authentication protocols
  • Understanding of fundamental security and operational principles, such as least privilege, fault tolerance, and high availability architectures
  • Understanding of system architecture design principles for both security and resiliency
  • Thorough knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices, particularly as they relate to privileged access management and the principles of least privilege and just-in-time access
