| SOFT's client located in New York, NY ( Hybrid ) is looking for a PeopleSoft Developer - Time & Labor Module for a full time role with benefits. Software engineers responsible for designing, coding, verifying, testing, documenting, amending, and refactoring programs/scripts and integration software services, and maintain high-quality software to meet business and customer needs. Software Engineers perform coding, debugging, testing, project management and troubleshooting/maintenance throughout the software development lifecycle. Software Engineers gather information, perform analysis, and elicit the details of user requirements in discussion with users. Contribute software development methods, tools, and techniques and applies agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes. The position will be responsible for working with PeopleSoft T&L and Payroll departments to implement new Time and Labor enhancements and also provide support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Critical skills: - PeopleSoft Developer, PeopleSoft Timekeeping, PeopleSoft HRMS, North America Payroll, Finance Integration, PeopleCode, application package, BI Publisher ,Component Interface, SQR, Oracle, SQL, Integration broker, PeopleTools, Application Engine, PS Query, Integrations with 3rd Party. · Familiarity with the following vendor-specific platforms: including but not limited to, List here (e.g. Azure, Windows Server platforms, RESTful APIs, or Linux) Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s Degree · Experience: At least 3years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: · Certified Software Engineer or equivalent, Agile Project Management, technical certifications relevant to the specific position (and software products and toolsets used in that position), experience with System Development Life Cycle with the specific methodologies in use int he Department.
