SOFT's client located in Richmond, VA ( Hybrid ) is looking for a Analyst - Application Compliance for a long term contract assignment.

Qualifications:  
The Application Lifecycle and Compliance Support (ALCS) analyst collaborates with development teams to transform their needs and requirements for specific ALCS disciplines into relevant, practical procedures, resources, and tools. Creates and maintains department compliance documentation. Provides support and coaching to development teams and customers in their use of the ALCS products and solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact on required information and concepts with people at all levels of the organization  
  
• Thorough knowledge of product’s server, network, client hardware, operating systems, security, and contingency environments  
  
• Broad knowledge of the installation, maintenance, configuration, and operation of one or more software products and product integrations  
  
• Expertise in one or more ALCS subject areas: Change Management, Requirements Management, or Software Configuration Management
• 5 to 9+ years of relevant work experience  
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  

Responsibilities:  
• Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions  
  
• Implements most aspects of data conversion from code and testing repositories to new applications  
  
• Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues with code deployments, new application implementation, and application updates  
  
• Responsible for the selection and testing of ALCS tools based on future state research  
  
• Provides complex support, coaching and education to development teams and other customers in their use of ALCS products and solutions  
  
• Key participant in cross-functional team initiatives and technology-based projects
