SOFT's client located in Dallas, Richmond, Charlotte is looking for a VMWare System Administrator for a long term contract assignment. Qualifications:   • SME for HCI - Hyper Converged Infrastructure   • Indepth Hardware and software Knowledge of VXRail, VSAN and Virtualization infrastructure   • Well versed with Aria suite enterprise implementation and Orchestration.   • Experience with VDI infrastructure and configuration eg Horizon View   • Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues   • Very well versed with Industry trends, Products and Solutions   • Competent as an design and implementation expert in Storage Technologies, SAN & NFS   • Cisco ACI experience would be a plus but not mandatory   • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or higher   • Demonstrated experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and associated tools.   • Proficient with sharing the knowledge within the team members   • Min one years of experience in developing PowerShell scripts   • Good Knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodologies   • Good Experience on Networking, Monitoring tools and Operating system (Windows, AIX & Linux ) will be added plus   • Container experience will be good but not mandatory   • Should demonstrate the ability as consultant and not a Task master   Responsibilities:   • Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware infrastructure   • Provide subject matter expertise in troubleshooting all issues related to the VMware server infrastructure   • Plan and manage workloads, projects, and other administrative tasks associated with the VMware Server team   • Managing the administrative and design tasks for the virtualized server infrastructure   • Competent with Enterprise wide tools that are being used in an Enterprise Datacenter
