Job Responsibilities
• Conduct investigations, interview witnesses, gather evidence, draft timely and concise investigation reports and provide necessary follow-up to ensure that appropriate disciplinary and corrective actions are initiated and completed by the responsible parties
• Support and conduct investigations triggered by reported concerns and complaints from internal and external parties
• Interact with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, labor unions and business unit management in gathering and analyzing data
•Assist management in implementing controls to prevent Standards of Conduct issues, training, auditing and security surveys
•Testify in civil/criminal trials, mediations and arbitration hearings
• Compose/present reports, including recommendations to prevent recurrence, for leadership review
• Build relationships and credibility across the organization
• Manage storage and maintenance of investigation case data according to the established framework.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of conducting internal corporate or similar investigations
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of conducting internal corporate investigations
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as external parties
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in maintaining highly-confidential and sensitive information
•Willingness to travel for business-related purposes
•Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with company policies and procedures, laws and regulations.

Preferred requirements 
• Familiarity with and prior work experience conducting investigations into violations of EEO and anti-harassment laws, as well as controllership/fraud and other ethical concerns
• Law degree
