| SOFT's client located in Waltham, MA ( Hybrid ) is looking for a Compensation Specialist for a long term contract assignment. Key Accountabilities: · Experience providing compensation management, ideally within a large, global, or utility sector organization. · Developed reward strategies and solutions involving base pay, variable pay, annual and longer-term incentives and have a track record of delivering design and implementation of reward strategies together with extensive reward industry/product knowledge. · You’ve experience working at both a strategic and operational level and have practical knowledge of job analysis, external benchmarking, and market analysis. · Experience completing annual compensation and budget surveys. · Assist with reporting and data analytics. · Assist with global benchmarking and market pricing functions through the PayScale system. · Assist with administrative duties as needed. Experience: Interpersonal, Supervisory, or Management · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent · Proficient in Microsoft Excel · Proficient in Microsoft Outlook · Proficiency with HRIS Systems and compensation planning tools · Experience in utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate the analysis of data Hybrid: Will be required to go to the office once a month, sometimes a few times a month when needed.
