SOFT's client located in Remotely is looking for a SCADA Engineer - Azure for a long term contract assignment.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing Azure environments hosting an Aveva SCADA solution. This resource would require both IT/OT experience and understand how to manage a cloud environment that is running a SCADA platform/solution.

• Azure AD services (Entra)
• Aveva SCADA
• Monitoring of Azure assets - switches, firewalls, servers.
• Setting up appropriate logging.
• Creating dashboards.
• Help determine optimal sizing of servers with performance monitoring.
• Spinning up new VMs as needed in different Azure networks.
• Doing some network design review.
• Testing infrastructure resiliency.
• Backup and recovery.
• Helping sort out network communication related issues.
• Application integration working with Aveva integrator
