SOFT's client located in New York, NY ( Hybrid ) is looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Lead for a long term contract assignment.
SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLEMTAHQ Program Delivery & HR Data Science is seeking a contractor to perform and serve as a Business Analyst and Functional Lead. This consultant will be responsible for implementing new PeopleSoft modules, functionality, or enhancements and supporting existing modules currently in production.
Critical Key requirements
• A minimum of 10 years experience and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Functional
• A minimum of 10 years PeopleSoft HCM Technical experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as HR, Compensation, Position Management, Talent Acquisition, ESS/MSS, Performance, Learning Management, and more.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in business writing
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in writing Standard Operating Procedures
• Excellent documentation abilities
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION3
• Minimum 10 years of functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher.
• Extensive experience with the following PeopleSoft modules:
o Human Resourceso Compensationo Position Managemento Performance Management
o Learning and Development
o Benefits Administration
o Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway
o Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft self-service functions.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations (design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, address, and escalate risks and issues.
• Experience reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• 10+ years of experience in building moderate to complex PeopleSoft queries.
• 10+ years of extensive experience writing DQL and DML SQL scripts.
• Experience with state government projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Strong understanding of relational database design and functionality.
• Experience in desktop/mobile computer support and troubleshooting software-related problems.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
