Finance Recruiter

SOFT's client, located in Brooklyn, NY (hybrid) is looking for a Recruiter for a  contract assignment.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders across our Finance function, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. You'll combine your recruitment expertise, market insight and stakeholder management skills to identify the very best talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practice, assessment, DE&I and market trends.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and strategic attraction activity.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Employer Brand teams to engage high-quality and diverse talent pools.
• Present well-qualified candidate shortlists, providing valuable market and candidate insights.
• Manage offer negotiations and supporting successful hiring outcomes through a strong understanding of the organization's employee value proposition.
• Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and deliver continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across the business and acting as a key ambassador for the employer brand.

Experience:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within a Finance environment.
• Strong understanding of Finance functions, terminology, role profiles and talent markets.
• Experience recruiting for a range of Finance positions, with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and candidates.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how talent supports business performance and strategic objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
• A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence working with recruitment technology, data and reporting to drive informed decisions.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
